I’m cheering for this little hurricane that could as much as one can possibly cheer for a force of nature limiting as much damage as possible. 

The dirty little secret about Texas is that we will run out of water. Not right now but in a lifetime. Meanwhile Texas is raiding other states to get companies to move here but this water problem still remains and will fail to support the growth. The faster we grow, the more severe problem.

One weather system won’t fix that major issue. But it will help the current devastating drought cycle.
