NEW BRUNSWICK — Prosecutors say a central New Jersey man has been indicted on murder charges in the death of his wife, whose body was found inside their home earlier this year.
Fifty-three-year-old Leslaw Pabian of Old Bridge also faces weapons charges in the indictment handed up Wednesday by a Middlesex County grand jury.
Authorities say 53-year-old Barbara Pabian was stabbed several times and struck on the head with a blunt object inside the couple?s home in February. Their 26-year-old son found the body there when he arrived home.
Leslaw Pabian was not home when officers arrived. He was found walking nearby a few hours later.
Pabian remains jailed on $1.5 million bail.
